It will keep you fit and also hydrated. As much as it is important to keep your skin healthy from outside, it is also important to keep it healthy from inside by drinking water. Water will help to remove the harmful toxins from the body.
- Avoid using too much make-up products– Using too much make-up products on a regular basis can lead to skin breakouts. Also sleeping with your make-up on can cause pimples, pigmentation, dark circles etc. Limit the usage of make-up products and also remove it using scar soap or face wash before going to sleep.Certain skin products can react badly with your skin if it does not suit your skin. Overuse of these products can cause serious skin problems.
- Avoid touching your face too much– Your hands come in contact with lots of dust particles, dirt, fungus or bacteria. When you touch your face with those hands, it is obvious that there will be consequences. You might experience several skin infections. So, it is best to avoid touching your face too much. If you need to touch it, do it with clean hands by washing it or using a hand sanitizer.
